Masseria Palombara occupies a 100-hectare private park planted with olive groves, almond trees, and palm trees. The estate is a working farm house originating from the 16th century, with an organic garden that supplies the restaurant. Guests have access to a chapel on site, an outdoor salt-water pool, and a second outdoor pool with a pool bar.
